This cake is called Klepon or several areas with Onde-onde call. Cake-shaped little balls wrapped in grated coconut has many variants materials and contents are used. But the most popular is how to create the characteristic klepon made from glutinous rice flour that contains sugar.

Ingredients:
250 grams of glutinous rice flour
225 ml of warm water
30 suji leaves, mashed

HOW TO MAKE A GOOD RED SUGAR CONTENT Klepon:
Pour 1 tablespoon of warm water over the leaves suji knead, squeeze and strain.

Take 1 teaspoon of dough, fill with brown sugar give the round shape. Do it for all the dough and do not forget to cover the dough that has not been established so as not to dry. If the dough becomes dry and brittle when formed just add 1-2 teaspoons of water and mix well.
