Indonesian food recipes | Stew Balak Lampung
Ingredients:
• 1 kg of beef / mutton, cut into pieces
• 700 ml coconut milk
• 5 pcs red onion, thinly sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 1 btr cardamom
• 1/2 bh deaf
• 1/4 grains of nutmeg
• 2 cloves btr
• 3 tsp minced chilli
• 1 tablespoon curry spices ready-made
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Puree:
• 1 cm ginger
• 1 cm turmeric
• 1 cm galangal
• shallots 5 pcs
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
How to Make a Stew Balak Lampung
• Heat cooking oil.
• Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
• Enter cardamom, deaf, nutmeg, cloves, minced chili and curry spices.
• Stir-fry until fragrant.
• Enter the spices are mashed, stir until fragrant and cooked.
• Enter the cuts of meat, stir until the meat changes color.
